A well-known car rental and rental company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a "Regional Manager" with the following qualifications and skills:

Job Description:-

1. Ensuring that all branches, Workshops Government Relations, Collection and Leasing of Business and Sales are in accordance with the company's directives and policies by monitoring process, attendance, compliance and policy visits, and periodic visits.

2. Growing rental and leasing businesses through rental rates (daily, monthly).

3. Ensuring that a potential car is sold through close contact with the Car Sales Manager.

4. Adjust the regional procurement plan according to the needs of the regional business in accordance with the Procurement Manager.

5. Preparing the shipping plan and Fleet expansion objectives according to specific seasonal requirements.

6. To grow businesses in the region by defining market opportunities and developing an action plan and enabling them to open new rental facilities and rental companies and sales channels after due diligence research in collaboration with COO, CEO, and CFO.

7. Conducting occasional visits to suppliers and hiring customers to maintain business relationships i.e. car dealers, parts suppliers, dealers, service providers, and corporate rental clients.

8. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings on unpaid refunds, recovery recovered, CDW recovery, accident cases, late carcasses, pending admissions cases, pending court cases, pending insurance cases, workshop pending cases, pending carcasses and dealers, motor vehicle cases are pending due to lack of police/insurance paper, etc. and taking the necessary steps of weakness after discussing the matter with the relevant head of department.

9. Identify business trends and propose steps to be followed to adapt to market changes and needs by conducting meetings with employers and employers.

10. Ensuring that the maintenance of pending vehicles is reduced by the Workshop team, the cost of each vehicle is within the tolerance limit and the reduced time is limited to meeting vehicles by conducting weekly meetings with the Workshop Manager / Asset Manager / Managers.

11. To discuss monthly accounts and other performance reports with Account Managers and to take the necessary steps to maximize profits and control costs.

12. Plan the required training for staff members and measure their delivery of KPIs.

13. To protect the interests of the company by entering into agreements with leasing customers and companies in accordance with the normal terms and conditions of the company.
